SCABEE Transnational Meeting in Poland
The SCABEE consortium met in Gliwice, Poland, for the 3rd Transnational Meeting, hosted by the Silesian University of Technology (SUT). Partners from Austria, Denmark, France, and Poland gathered to coordinate progress and plan next steps in the development of Sustainability Teaching Case Studies (TCS).
Meeting Focus
- Teaching Case Studies: Partners presented feedback on TCS 02 and TCS 03, shared implementation experiences, and aligned on timelines. Initial concepts for TCS 04 were introduced, including opportunities for joint development.
- Evaluation & Quality: Evaluation schemes and feedback mechanisms were discussed to ensure consistent assessment and continuous improvement of the case studies.
- Future Activities: The consortium prepared the upcoming international student competition in Dornbirn (April 2026) and discussed future research, dissemination, and communication activities.
- Institutional Exchange: A visit to SUT provided insights into the university’s educational environment and research activities.
The workshop strengthened collaboration across partners and reinforced the shared goal of embedding sustainability into business and engineering education through practice-oriented learning.
